Group Announcements National Fall Leadership Conference19 Members and 2 Advisers attended the FBLA National Fall Leadership Conference in Baltimore, Maryland on Nov. 6 - 8. Members attended workshops on leadership, communication and various business topics, heard guest speakers and went sightseeing at the Inner Harbor.
A great time was had and visit us in the near future to see the slidehow. National Young Readers' DayMembers we need you to volunteer to read to students at West Gate Elem or Ellis Elem on Tues. Nov 10. See Mrs. Hayden or Ms. Crayne for a permission slip.

![]() National Fall Leadership ConferenceStudents registered to attend this conference on Nov. 6 - 8 in Baltimore are reminded that all money must be turned in by the end of the week (Oct. 30). Hotel room reservations will be cancelled if payments are not made. See Mrs. Hayden with questions.
Prince William County Greater Manassas Chamber of CommercePWCGM members are invited to attend our Speed Networking Event and take the opportunity to network with 1,000 + students interested in business. Attendees are reminded that their second installment of $40 is due by Oct. 15. Please continue to save money for food and souvenirs will at the conference - we will be eating out for 6 meals.
$40 hotel fees due by October 15. ![]() October General MeetingOctober meeting was held on Monday, Oct. 5. Officers for 2009-2010 were introduced and installed. They spoke to the members about involvement and upcoming activities. Members were treated to Pizza, soda and door prizes.
![]() School Spirit EventThanks to those members that supported our efforts at the School Spirit Event. We raised $47.00 for Project ASK and cleared approximately $60 on cookie and soda sales.

Welcome to FBLA 2009-2010FBLA members at Stonewall will be very busy this year. Many activities have been planned to include Project ASK, National Young Reader's Day, National Fall Leadership Conference in Baltimore, Maryland, Adopt-a-Family, Competitions, Regional Conferences, State Conference and March of Dimes. FBLA will partner with the Prince William County Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce to present a Speed Networking Event to all business students this year; this will be an exciting opportunity to meet many business leaders in our area.
